The high-performance magnetorheological fluid developed by the company has low zero field viscosity, high yield strength, good dispersibility after long-term standing, strong compatibility with the valve core, and good fluidity even at minus 40 degrees Celsius.

The intelligent suspension electronic controller (ECU) developed and designed by COSMARTOR International has vehicle grade reliability, adopts optimized SH-ADD control algorithm, and features full frequency band optimization control, millisecond level fast response, and low energy consumption.

Adopting full stack self-developed magnetorheological technology, the flow characteristics of magnetorheological fluid are controlled by electromagnetic field, and the damping force is adjusted in real time. By perceiving and controlling the body posture in milliseconds, the ultimate driving experience of the entire vehicle is achieved. MRD uses electromagnetic coils to control the magnetic field and change the damping force generated by magnetorheological fluid chaining. The damping adjustment range is greatly improved, with low noise, fast response, high durability, and a 50% increase in anti pitch and roll effects. It is currently known as the fastest responsive active suspension.

Has fast response speed. Magnetorheological suspension achieves the fastest real-time sensing and control speed among known intelligent suspensions, with a response speed of up to 1000 times per second.

Good handling stability, effectively suppressing pitch vibration, forward and backward movement, and roll motion. Zhejiang COSMARTOR International Intelligent Suspension Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2021. It was exclusively incubated by the magnetorheological suspension research group of the School of Vehicle Engineering at Tsinghua University and the SH-ADD suspension control research group of the Department of Automation at Politecnico di Milano, and has mastered the core technology and intellectual property rights.
